Paid up for another 99+ intake, so it'll be on it's way. When we do the install, we're gonna pay more attention to how it fits and not skimp on any grinding needed! Do ya'll grind the intake or the headers? Oh, and can I reuse the manifold bolts & gasket or do you think I should order new ones again? For less than an hour's worth of total drive time, I'm hoping they're still okay to reuse, but things DID get hot down there...

Not today, but bolted the factory roll bar on, and cut the exhaust off "after" the cat.
Looking to get some throaty headers for my 4.0 once its registered.

It's a Doug Thorley ceramic-coated header. I didn't really do any research on it. Picked it up for $200 off of Craigslist. I looked it up real quick and I think it retails for over $600. SOLD! The seller said he installed it, tested it 3 times, then uninstalled it. He was building a race engine for his baja project and ended up deciding to build his own headers to get what he wanted. Anyway, I wasn't really looking to get headers (cost-prohibiting), but my exhaust mani was cracked and I thought since I was installing the 99+ intake mani, I "might as well".
Took the wife and kids to the local wheeling spot near Oxford, Ohio. I drove the stocker, and I let the wife drive the War Wagon aka the green bean. I got the wife hooked! After putting the stocker thru a few ruts and puddles and then had her throttle thru them and throw up some mud.
I was then told that the stocker needs 5" lift and 33's. CF, I believe I have created another 'jeepicorn'.
