You will have to do the same as me when I get back from out of town and treat her to a good mud bath.

I had a few rust blisters on the areas underneath the rear windows under the drains in the rubber seals, which is common on XJ's here in the northeast from what I see.

I grinded the rust out, luckily soon enough that there were no holes. I filled and sanded the areas, and was going to repaint them the patriot blue body color. Then I came up with an idea. Mask the angled areas around the windows off, and spray them with pickup truck bed liner instead of paint. Sounds crappy? It worked excellent, and looks awesome. Should also prevent further surface rusting in those areas. Can of Bondo $10, 400 grit sandpaper $4, 2" masking tape $3, Rust Oleum spray bed liner $9, newspapers free. The body shop wanted $250 to repair and repaint it. Beaters are fun

Well I told the wife how dirty her jeep was so she took my jeep to work and I had to wash her's. But I did a really crappy job and only waxed the hood. Thats all she see's anyway. Then cruised the internet looking at Jeep parts I can't afford.

went muddin and tried a deep puddle. yeah yeah you know the story. hole was up to the bottom of the door, hydro-locked it. stock blazer was gonna pull me out but then these kids in some huge *** chevys came down and they were on 35s. the tires on my jeep were under. one of the rigs pulled me out, tried roll startin, it was siezed. that blazer pulled me home bout 20 miles and bunch of friends came over and we started workin on it. half hour later, cops showed up cause neighbors we hate called the cops saying we were honking horns..no horns were honked. so took out all the plugs, cranked it and it blew out the water like a pressure washer. it went everywhere..it was awesome. jeep is now nick named shamoo..haha. then it fired up after a jump, let it idle..cops called on us again.

looked at it. my girlfriend came over with her car, we did stuff in my room, and then i drove her to work so ill have her car for the rest of today. my air filter was drenched from last night so its drying over a vent in my living room. my "custom" splash shield got ripped down when i got pulled out along with bending my license plate and i got a dent in the hatch now from one of the lifted chevys pushbars when trying to roll start it.
