What did you do to your Cherokee today?
Today I replaced the oil seal on the rear out put of my 231. And attempted to replace the o rings in the oil filter housing. Hit a snag though. Read here that its a T60 torx but that was a no go. Any in site?

Struck gold today, I think anyway. The shop where I take my Jeep to have the big stuff done had a lifted mid 90's Laredo that took a big wack to the front. Said shop owner said I could have "anything" on her I wanted but NOT the lift
for $40.00 !!
Well let me tell ya I got my dollars worth and them some.
1) Rear wiper motor
2) Rear wiper arm and blade
3) Rear speakers - 5 1/4 Alpines
4) Front door speakers - 5 1/4 Pioneer's
5) Center overhead console + mounting hardware
6) Center armrest lid and latch
7) Spare tire tie down rod and ****. Mine was M.I.A.
8) After market, I think, radator cap type divise that goes into the upper rad. hose in the area of the A/C compressor. For burbbing the system.

And it still has a very clean overflow bottle and a good looking vacuum bottle undamaged on it yet.

Found out none of my tires were balanced, which I thought explained my vibration, Got them balanced and found I had like 3 messed up studs, told them I'd fix them later (All different wheels) Leave there, go about 10 miles and threw a u joint, Pull shaft in Food Lion parking lot, get a ride get a joint in and reinstall shaft in the dark. Go about 3 miles and get a horrible vibration, Shop didnt tighten any lugs on one wheel, And I had no lug wrench, Tightened with hand tools got to a store and bought a lug wrench, And drove it 30 miles home, Riding better then ever. Yesterday I found the floor was patched with road signs and pinion seal is gone. Last week it caught fire And I've had this thing for 2 weeks haha

receiveed one of my parts shippments. started to install the SYE (not to bad). transfer case is done and sitting on my work bench for install tomorrow. I thought I should replace the front output shaft seal while I had the t-case out ( wish I would have thought about that before I reasembled every thing)

Installed my HSP TB Spacer.
Less than 10 minutes to install.
Fit perfectly.
Idles a bit smoother.
No dramatic HP gains, like is always expected. Increase is almost noticable.
Only ran off a 1/4 tank, have noticed an increase in MPG.
Will document MPG numbers after a full tank.

Had a random leak from radiator hose, noticed my serp. belt was off. I put that back on and it's fine. Maybe next week I'll rip off my muffler and put a glasspack on. :P Who knows...
