Put it up on jack stands and tried to figure out what's going on with the 4wd.
It shifts into full time fine. It will only go into part time if you put it in full time first, not 2wd.
4low will only go in from full time as well. (Rolling with trans in neutral)
And if I go from forward neutral to reverse or the other way around it pops out of 4low sometimes. Changed the fluid it looked like it had a little silver :-(

OK, good. Inspection passed and sticker in hand. New glass was nice (will be great for front live video camera while chasing). The molding is nicer than OEM. Softer rubber and I can clean the channels better (preventing unwanted dirt and rust).
Tomorrow morning it'll get the two year sticker (MD doesn't do paper temp tags if you go to MVA...just give you a sticker for one month only). Then I can start the motor hunt.

Bought a thrush welded. Its a tad short. Which kind of worries me. Is that a bad thing? Like will it make it sound less mean? Comeon. I need an answer please
New idler pulley, belt, thermal fan clutch.
probably make it sound more mean.
