Put my knobbies back on for a wheeling trip tomorrow, and put air in 6 of my tires. Then I figured out why I never got my CF stickers, and I'm working on fixing this

My opinion, either paint it or paint some other trim black so you have accents to match. If you did the fender flares and wheels black, and maybe the rockers to carry the lines, I think it'd look good. It'd also be good if you just painted the fascia to factory match. Either way, I'd pull off the side molding. I wasn't sure if I wanted to, but I did it cause I was bored, and I'm much happier without it. My .02

I like the black grill on any color XJ. The side molding is just held on with 3M tape. Pull hard, and it comes off. It's gonna leave a lot of residue, though, so get some GooGone, a scraper, and some time. I did my driver side a few days ago and the passenger side the next day.
