Im afraid your hopes are false, i felt a difference from JUST the tbs. after it all was on it was alot better tho. Not arguing, just a smart ***. : )

created plans for some 100w lights on my hood.
found out i had a bad bearing in Linda's rearend.
scrapped plans for lights.
cried in the corner on my break.
It's been a long day...

I'll fab my own and see what happens. what are the measurements of the inner diameter and thickness of the tbs?? A pic would help out too.

I'd expect a gain of about 40hp our more assuming it was done correctly and the engine built to handle it.

I'm not going to knock the mans work cuz the install looks clean but an FYI to everyone else. You can turbo anything you want, just don't expect the engine to last long if you don't know what you're doing.

Older turbos like the SVO didn't use intercoolers and if he wants he can use a GM MAP sensor as an upgrade

The svo ran low boost on a small turbo. And still had detonation problems when beat on or modified as a result of to high a charge temp.

Some sort of intercooler is needed if he wants to have a relible setup
