a well deserved complete tune up:
-new Spectre intake filter
-Autolite spark plugs (only ones autozone had enough for my XJ)
-spark plug wires
-stabilizer shock
-tie rod end
-fuel filter
-replaced differential gasket and flushed out the oil
-battery tray and clamps (PO had a shoe under the batter to keep it from moving lol)
-oil change... Pensoil 10-30
I now feel alot safer driving the XJ knowing what's in it lol

today i did something im not to happy about but it was probably the better choice. I left my rig with my mechanic to do the rotors pads and hub. I wanted to handle it sunday but i dont know how well a 10 yr old hub would come off without someone to help so i figured they can do it for me. Longest 8 hours ever while im at work ahhhhhh. GOOD news though my repair parts are en route to my house so sunday i can repair my front end and map sensor. Pics will come. Hopefully tonight i can "bed in" my new pads and rotors with this rain

Well, I was going to finish my lift kit today and get it aligned and put new tires on and all that and then take it out tomorrow. Looks like instead of that, I'll be doing school stuff ALL DAY. I have a research presentation at 2 and an experiment after that. DANGIT. I hope I can get done before it gets too late tomorrow and firestone will still be open. All I have left it to grind off a leaf spring bolt and put the new springs on.

Blue led lights on shifters, bypassed my headunit, added a switch then enjoyed some fresh prince of bel air
and lastly I fabbed up a whip mount using my oem spare tire mount. I hammered it out and drilled some holes then bedlined it and mounted above the right tailight, looks pretty good now

Both batteries I have are dead. Im going to guess its coz I had to recharge them too much... Stupid altinator dying on me...
So Im taking in 1 walmart and get some trade in deal. And Im going to take my BIG battery to advanced and see if its possible it can be saved. I REALLY like my big battery. But 100+ for a new one? Yea thats not gonna happen

Worked 11/7, came home tore into my lift kit. Front is done, rear leafs are built and bolted in loose. The rear upper shock bolts were rusted and snapped so now I have to decide how to handle that. Its now 5 pm .....I'm really to tired to care at this point.....any suggestions for the morning?

Happens to most XJ's I just drilled mine out. Then lifted carpet in the rear. Drilled out holes and used new hardware. Plugged the holes with rubber.
