It was a big day for me and the jeep!! I installed some new JBL speakers in the back and then I finally grew the ***** to cut my fenders

Yeah I'm really happy with how it turned out! I probably sat there for like an hour with a grinder in my hand just staring at the fender waiting until I had the courage to actually do the deed haha

It should never be easy to cut on your baby... Doesn't matter is she's pristine or a pile.

Haha same here...kept debating...almost talked myself out of it...but i hated the rubbing so i did it.lol

Idk about that...if i had a pile i wouldn't be near as scared to cut her up a bit...What do you have to lose?lol...but when the body's all nice and pretty its really hard to cut it up, for fear of screwing it up.lol

Haha very true I've always wanted to buy a beater xj to chop the top and I don't think I'd have much of a problem with it then!

Started looking for a second vehicle so that I can start performing projects on my xj that take longer than a day and not have to worry so much about breaking it when I'm wheeling it. Unfortunately right now my beloved xj gets babied too much in my one car household.

Almost done redoing a 29 spline 8.25 to replace the turdy 5 just have to get brake lines and gear oil

X2 i'd love that...just start chopping, cageing and all that good stuff...rip all the unnecesary crap out(doors, interior stuff..etc) and just give her hell off road.lol

Replaced water pump, t-stat, heater valve, Still runs above 210 lol. Guess a new radiator is the only thing left...
