What is the best way to stop the rear seat squeaking

Last 2 times I sprayed some lube in there but aftr 2 months or less it comes back, so how did you quiet the squeak ?
I thought about painting it but that'll probably wear out pretty quick, maybe a thick paint like rock guard or something

I took some sticky rubber pads from Lowe's and stuck them in the contact points in both of mine. Never had a problem after that.
