Default Well... I bought a YJ

Ive always owned XJs since day one.

this is my first "wrangler"

picked it up for 700.00

1994 YJ sahara 4L aw4

tub is solid frame is OK but will need a little attention.

needs front fenders, new exhaust, crack in the frame at the steering box, trans lines leak, and finally brakes.

what do you think... input please... or any info on these things. im new.

Hell Yeah $700 I'd say it was a good buy! Just weld up the frame patch the trans lines and your set! Any jeep for under a grand is a deal

Well I have a non VAC dana 30 and a freshly rebuilt locked 44 rear to go in it.

im going keep it SUA and do a 4" lift and 33s probably keep it at that... but you know the project is never really "finished"

you can always call a parts store and ask for the part # for the cherokee and then the wrangler. PArt # match will tell ya.

good find man! i had a 92 yj before my xj and mine was a piece of **** lol. it needed a new trans /clutch, radiator, the drivers floor was rusted, it came with no top or doors, it needed a new slave and master cylinder, the seats were all ripped up and it was a 4 banger it had more problems but i can't think of them. i put a 6 inch lift on it with 33s and it road like crap and didn't go anywhere lol. i also picked it up for 1500 and it had more problems than yours haha great find!
