Are there any fellow jeepheads out there making the treck to one of the best music festival in the ozarks.

 

Me and my dad thought about going this year. We kayak on the Elk River in Southern MO for about 2 weeks and then Wakarusa is shortly there after so it is hard for me to get that much leave in one shot to do both.
I think we are going to try and do it one of these years though.

 

Yea i live 45 min away we used to sit at the fence and listen to music.....its worth it

 

And i love the elk by the way...i got a kayaking pig hood ornement on my zj.

 

That is awesome. Yea my parents live in Cave Springs. We just started a little tradition last year of doing the Elk a week before memorial weekend, then friends and family come up for memorial weekend.
I just got into Kayak'in the last few years when I would go home on leave. My dad got into it a few years back after his heart attack, great exercise for a bigger man.
I just bought a Jackson Kayak Coosa a few months ago and living out here in Wyoming I haven't had a chance to try it out yet. Sure am looking forward to it though.
