Thumbs down Vibration when idling/braking.

So; I own a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport.
111k miles on him. Daily Driver.
Started a few months ago, disappeared, and is now back again.
I have this issue where my whole Jeep literally vibrates when Im idling/stepping on the brakes, and it only occurs when I'm at a complete stop.
Sounds like its coming from my engine compartment. It first started when I took him off-roading, and blew 4 spark plugs causing them to misfire, ever since that happened it hasn't been the same.

Hope someone can help a fellow Jeep owner out!
Thanks (:

Pull the plugs again and see what they look like now. What kind of plugs did you put in when it first happened?
