Very low idle and staling

Where do you live? - nevermind - I just saw that you're in Lutz, FL. - It's that time of year when the overnight damp/wetness begins to cause nuisance issues. One easy thing you can do to eliminate the effects is to spray a little WD-40 under the dist cap and "fog" or wipe down your plug wires with it. Sorry, didn't check first if your year has a distributor...
Remember to begin with the cheapest/simplest. Clean the throttle body and IAC first. Inspect dist cap, wires and plugs (clean and re-gap as-needed). Scan for DTCs (borrow scanner free at a/p store). Check battery and cable terminations at each end and clean, apply dielectric grease and re-tighten. Do these things for total cost of less than $5 and about 1 hour of your time.
If these actions don't resolve your low idle/stalling condition then you can start to dig-in to the more expensive stuff... Good Luck!

when was your last tuneup? i'm not sure if those have 6 coils or single 6 plug, but i'm thinking you might have a plug wire that's grounding... did the CEL come on?

The CEL has been on for a month.
I have only owned it for a few months and never tuned it. Might be time for one? Where do I take it? Can I do it? Don't have much skill only 16

if you have skill on a lawnmower, you can do tuneup on any vehicle...
I'm talking about the coil... your year model doesn't have a distributor, it has a coilpack... one end of the cable goes to the spark plug, and the other end goes on the coil... the coil either has 6 outlets, or there are 6 separate coils... if you watch it in the dark while it's running, sometimes you can see one of the wires sparking against the block. that's how i found mine... pure coincidence

Use the process of elimination...
1.) Remove bad TPS.
2.) Remove IAC.
3.) Clean throttle body, IAC and it's bore.
4.) Install new TPS and restore IAC.
5.) Clear codes.
6.) Drive as normal.
7.) Monitor for CEL and run scan if needed.
8.) Post for further guidance...
