Vent/ other pipes along underbody of cherokee

Vent/ other pipes along underbody of cherokee
Not sure of what the exact pipes are but they are about a 1/4'' (5) pipes along left side underside inside of the jeep... when we removed the tank these pipes crumbled in my hand. Any experience or knowledge of them? They seem to be either supply or vent lines but unsure
