Jim is my name.

Years ago I was watching a video of Kimbo Slice beating some guy up in his backyard. One of my buddies turned to me and said, "Hahahaha Jimbo Slice!" It stuck.

I use it on a couple different forums.

Is my amateur radio call sign. It is unique to me so I use it on all forums so i don't have to spend hours trying to find a user name that isn't already taken.

When forums were first starting and I joined a Boat site, OffShoreOnly.com which was all about offshore cigarette type boats. At the time I had a Cobra Power boat. It was a 30' catamaran racing hull with a single 500CID engine with a Vortech SC and 750HP and went 100MPH. So that was the first forum I joined in about 2001 and Cobra was the make of my boat plus my first name.

Sorry no mustang guy here. It stuck and I'm too lazy to change it for different forums/sites.

Mine really doesn't need explaining right? I mean, it's certainly open to interpretation but I'm pretty sure everyone on the forum can relate in someway or another

Have you ever read my responses or advice to others on here?
My screen name is a hold over from my radio control rock crawling days. My RC vehicle (hand made Jeep J8) is licence plated ROCKHEAD and my Cherokee is licence plated RKHDS XJ.

Mine is my surname/family name backwards.

(for years I used Hybrids as a forum name, it related to us off-roading/wheeling a Land Rover 100" hybrid, then hybrid electrikery cars became popular and it took on a new meaning)

A D100? Very interesting. I've read the history on those and about making one from a 110. Was your 100 an original or did someone make it; quite a project. Very cool.

Thanks. The chassis came from a Range Rover and we already had the Series 3 body from a rotten donor/parts car.
The usual route is to use a Defender front end as it's easier to fabricate, we had to move the V8 and tranny back to suit the Series 3 front end.

Interesting. I always read that as "Fred No ***." I figured you must be a skinny dude with atrophied glutes.
