So I ordered a steering brace from JCR a week or two ago and has been "out for delivery" for 3 days. In order for them to start looking for it, they need the sender to contact them. Left a message to JCR and an email, just wondering if anyone has ever had this problem before and how long it takes.

I worked for UPS during the holidays. Misdeliveries suck. Some people took 2-3 weeks to eventually get their package. It has to pretty much recycle through the UPS system, if that makes sense. Good luck.

I get silver bullion shipped to me on a regular basis, over the last six months I lose at least one package a month. I think someone at they're terminal figured out what's in them. I get the insurance on them so ups pays for the loses, but there's still some shady people working for them.

Random bit of info I learned working for them, all packages are insured up to $100 or $150. I can't remember which number. That's free up to that value.
