I bought extended upper and lower control arms for my 1993 Xj which has a 4.5 inch lift. The upper control arms won't be here til next week, and the lower arms are already here. I'm anxious to put on the lower arms, is it a bad idea to put on the lower arms and not wait to put on my upper arms? I drive this daily.

I think you should wait and do it all at once. Because after you put on the new arms and such you will need an alignment if I'm not mistaken.
