Any type of spray paints that's best for doing it other than just cans of rustoleum

I'd like to find this out myself. I just bought a rust free XJ and I want to know the best way of going about this. I've herd if you just spray or roll on underliner while the jeep still has some dirt and such underneath it will only contribute to it rusting out faster. I'd like to get this done and the whole under body protected before I go take it wheeling, Get it done while It's still clean lol

All the ashpalt and ruberized undercoatings, fail to seal, water gets behind, rust, falls off unless you try to remove it, then rust and scraper like crazy. USE RUST PAINT ONLY. You can always weld thru rust paint, or repaint it next year.
If you're going to pay someone you should just get line-x. I've seen both Rhino Lining and Line-X. Line-X is thicker, stronger, more heavy duty and doesn't fade like Rhino Lining does.
It depends on how you prep it. Fully degrease the bottom of the Jeep (which is an ordeal in and of itself) sand down everything that you want the undercoating on (another fun ordeal), and then do a coat of self etching primer. From there, just use the spray on the undercoating (I used Blue Magic Pure Rubber Coating). It's been almost 4 years since I did it and it's held up very well. Any time you do any type of paint (actual paint, undercoating, bed liner) the prep work you put in and quality of material are what will determine how well it last.
On my 2001 I gotta fix the rust hole on the drivers floor. After I fix the rust hole I'm using rustbullet on the inside (used it before and worked great) and then painting over it with some random automotive single stage paint with a roller and brush in a thick coat (to cover any spot missed by the rust bullet). Underside of the vehicle I will take a sprinkler and flush under the vehicle to get rid of any salt hiding. Then I take a hose and clean out all the body holes (don't forget to remove the inside cargo area trim, there are two plastic bags filled with sound deadener in there that cause rust) flush everything out. Then I take a old sighon spray gun I bought at harbor freight, mix chainsaw chain lube and wd40 together and blast the underside and every crevious underneath. I'm also drilling holes on the bottom side of my rockers so I can flush the sand and salt out and spray oil inside. When I'm done I put some wheel bearing grease on the holes I cut and install body plugs so sand doesn't fill back up. I did this process to my dodge ram and its the cleanest one over seen in mn and it get driven in every winter. I hate rust.
