Default Ultimate Exhaust Idea

I want a better exhaust NOT A RIDICULOUS LOUDER ONE. Ok here is my thought process on the exhaust I want to build. Keep in mind that I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ Powertech.
I was looking at the Gale Banks Header, with Magnaflow high flow cat, with a Flowmaster 50s Delta Flow or another brand that offers quieter muffler. NO SUPPER 40, SUPPER 44, or SUPER 10. Been there done that never doing it again. Anyway the muffler can be changed in the future if it's going to be to loud and its going to be 2.25" the whole way down. Ontop of a full exhaust I want to get it black ceramic paint job.
Something like this http://www.jet-hot.com/ Let me know about ideas.

just straight pipe it all the way and throw a high flow cat in.

Best part, smaller, if you manage to somehow break a hole in cut it out buy a new $6 piece of pipe weld it back in. ta-da. I destroyed too many mufflers.

Personally I'd do a dump before the cat for a nice rumble

Dont waste your money on a Cat, either cut the old one out, or leave it in.

If your cat is plugged up and you are getting codes then you have to remove it to replace it. This is from my old wrecked XJ.... I am going to put it in my new Jeep(it came with gutted cat when I bought it).

My dog doesn't like cats..... Here it is.
