Ok, here's how it is. Right now I'm running a 3" Rough Country on stock CA's. I know I need to replace the lower when I install my 1" BB to bump me up to 4". But can I use the stock uppers or should I get adjustables?

Trying to do a steering, track bar, BB and CA up grade before winter. But at the same time the Budget is still a bit tight.

 

4 inches is probably pushing the limit on the stock uppers. Can't say for sure but on a personal level I would go for new uppers for that size lift.

or you could save money by lengthening and bracing the uppers. thats what i did with my 6.5" lift. ran them for the better part of 2 years with no troubles at all.

 

I'm looking for the lesser head ack. So looks like I'll be buying new uppers than.

Sorta looking at getting a adjustable set of the new Rough Country arms.
