Default Trying to Take Valve Cover Off but...

I got 14 bolts off of the valve cover and when trying to get the cover off, one of the three mount points for a rail (fuel injection signal(?) and thermostat line runs in) catches valve cover lip. I yanked up the rail but it's not budging. How does it come off?

I became inpatient at that point myself but I got a large screwdriver and pried it off. it went back on just fine and hasn't moved since.

Thanks for the feedback. I will give it a try prying it off tonight, meanwhile, I sprayed some WD40 to the three mounts so the rail will slide off more easily when I pry up the rail.

Now that I got the valve cover off I can clean it. I'm curious, how do the two items pointed below come off? I'm afraid I might break them if I pull it too hard.

haha, I ran into this as well. I broke mine trying but luckily I had a spare valve cover with them on it so i just used that cover. I wouldn't remove them if you don't have too. They are hard plastic and will snap rite off. In fact I have yet to replace the rear one. I just plugged it off for now, though thats not the greatest thing to do.
