thats what i did with the white one i posted

 

I used an air saw on the front and went back over it with an angle grinder to smooth the edge. Rear used a sawzall to make the cuts and a hammer to knock them in.

 

looks like you coulda cut a bit more in the front hahaha meeeee tooo... dented mine up at msorp with the 33s sat..

 

When I had the stock axles the tires would tuck but with full widths they hit the fender when it flexes.

 

I cut the front with a plasma cutter, it took a very steady hand but it came out good. On the back I trimmed some off then used a jig saw to make my cuts to fold and tuck. I'll post better pics later.

Heres mine, i know its not up close in detail. But in the front before i took the flares off, i traced around them, then took a jig saw with a metal blade and cut it out, then with the 35"s it needed a hair more so i laid out some green 3m tape along where i had already cut and cut the width of it out to make it just right. For the front i used some door trim rubber that goes up alot the side of doors to get rid of the sharpness of the fender if it makes contact with the tire. The back is the typical cut, notch and fold on the bottom body crease, i cut right below the stitch weld so the body and inner fender wouldnt seperate. Trimmed just enough i can drive it on stock height with 35"s... NO i wouldnt take it to the woods like this, but can drive it anywhere on the street.

 

Did you trim yours? or just remove the fender flares
