so since i have owned this jeep the side sport trim has been slowly coming loose from Jeeps cheapo double sided tape. As you can see from the pics it has come to the point where it wont fit between the door jam. Now i have read other threads about how to remove the trim so that's not really my question. My questions are is there a quick and easy way to fix this, or do i just need to peal it off and redo the double sided tap? if thats the case do auto parts stores have the tape.. or do you think i should just go trim less?

 

Take it off, its ugly and faded anyway.

XJ's look better without the trim in my opinion.
