Default Treadwright tires

Im almost done with my lift, am shopping for tires, but due to losing my job 5 days prior to christmas and currently-still unemployed, my marauder might have to go to the bank so i gotta get the heep on the road. Was looking at treadwright (TIGHT BUDGET) but noticed alot of tires are not avail except 31's, does/have anyone run treadwright, and are they worth saving the money on???

Not sure if I could trust retread tires, coming from the trucking industry.

I have two sets. Mt's and at's. Great tires. Just do some research on the net and you will buy them, believe me. NOTHING better if you're going for price.

I am suppose to get my shipment of 31's in today. Give me a couple days to get them put on and I'll try to post how they're doing so far.

P.S. If you want a set of the out of stock ones all you have to do is call treadwright and they will make you some. It only took them 1 1\2 weeks to get mine shipped out.

They'll be good for our use, I don't recall anyone having any issues with treadwright besides not having certain sizes in stock. On diesels and commercial trucks, retreads are more stressed and under more load and a ton of hard miles are put on them.

Another happy TW customer! They have some of the best customer service in the industry.

I have the MTR knock-offs and have been nothing but pleased with them. They perform well on the road and off. Even air'd down they work perfect.

If you ever needed to warranty a tire they will ship you a new one before you ship the old one back.

I paid around $400 for 31x10.5x15 MTR knock offs.

LOL! I'm going to have to remember that.

Well, it looks like I was wrong about this company's retreads! Heck, I might even look into getting a set. My General's are almost done.

Got my retreads a couple of days ago. Had them mounted and balanced on new soft 8's and one had a bad area on the sidewall where the retread and carcass meet and they were unable to balance it. Had weights halfway around it. Called TW and they said to submit a claim. So I sent them a claim and the same day I had a reply and they are shipping me a new tire. I don't know about you but in this day and age to get customer service like that is refreshing. The other tires look great.
