Post your trail list, then maybe we could add to it. You also may want to state what type of trails you ride and how much you have done to your XJ. That would give us an idea of what you have and what you could need for the trail.

Could always take the powder out of the .22 shell to use to light something flammable if you can create a spark. Better yet, take some Bacardi 151, can use as a disinfectant, light items on fire, and I guess if you are really desperate you can drink it, but that would be a waste of a first aid item.

bring about 36 inches with hooks to strap up an axle to the frame area for jacking the wheel off the ground. For seating the bead on tire or lifting for trail breakage.
48 inch hi lift, trail tools, trail spares, ( u-joints, misc. parts, fluids, ) fire extinguisher, shovel, axe, two 30 foot recovery straps, tree straps, two shackels, winch pulley, winch.
Toilet paper, water proof matches, two bic lighters, small propane bottle heater with two tanks, small cooking pot, and lintels. ( Bottled water, enough for two for a couple days! )
Good quality first aid kit, cold weather clothing, space blanket, phone, gps
