Trade advice

Well i really miss driving my old XJ so im looking to trade in my 04 xterra for cash or a new XJ. Im going to see this one today. what do you guys think?

With 270,000 on the body you better check that thing over. Rust could potentially be an issue, as could the suspension, trans, and pretty much everything besides the motor
