So my tools are nasty with grease, brake fluid, skin and blood...was wondering how do you guys/gals clean your tools....seriously mine are pretty nasty...

Brake cleaner and a rag, then I spray them with WD-40 to keep them from rusting if they're not chrome.

X2 or Starting Fluid works really well as well... I really don't use WD though on them if they start to rust them i use a little motor oil on them or trans fluid ..

I use PB Blaster, but same thing at my garage.

I try to use the non-chlorinated stuff so its better overall.

Don't you wish, though, that it could have been double the amount?

I have found that even $3200 worth of tools isn't "enough."

well they kinda do give me double the amount, they are suppose to give me $3000 in tuition, havent got it yet

when I retired I brought home 3 full roll-aways full of tools after 35 years turning wrenches....you never have enough tools....lol...

no its not .... I have over $10,000 in tools and still buy tools regularly
