Also, if your a tread lightly member, you get a $100 off rebate from Good Year!

$690 otd mounted, balance, caps, lugs, and locks after rebates. I was good

Off topic, but how do you like the Zone 4.5" lift? Was looking at it as it is one of the least expensive 4.5" lifts I can find online, and considering ordering it in the near future. Also, did you do the AAL or complete leaf pack?

Like the wheels and tires, good choices!

Thanks for the kind words.

It's on topic. I posted the lift, so it's all good.

With the new tires (had a set on the YJ also) it drives a ton better. Was just telling the wife about 10min ago. So, I would recommend it. I went with the AAL and nitro shocks. Haven't taken it off road. So, this is based on pot holes, rail road tracks, etc. Rides good (with new tires).

Reason for AAL, I figured if I didn't like it I could add full pack at anytime. Same price. Why not try the cheaper route?

Any other questions, ask away!

FYI everyone, if you go with Good Year Dura Tracs & certain models and are a tread lightly member ($25yr), Good Year will give you a $100 rebate!!

Thanks for the kind words. Front bumper next! Then lockers and re-gear (4:10).

I really like the dura tracs. One for the look. The other is it has the snow flake icon for snow (its a commercial rated tire for snow).

Follow up questions;

What size wheel/tire combo were you running prior to the new purchase?

Are you using the TC drop that comes with the Zone 4.5" kit, or a SYE?

Do you notice any driveline vibrations with the 265/75R16 setup?

Do you have a drop pitman arm installed?

225/75/16 Stock wheels
TC drop
I need an alignment. So, I will report back on vib. It's very small, you have to be looking to feel it. It's about 10-15% more than YJ I had with a SYE and extended driveshaft.
Not sure, I had a shop do the install. How would I know?

Its not part of the kit, the new Pitman arm. Easiest way I think would be to crawl under the front and look. I'll snap a picture of my 4" drop pitman arm to give you something to compare to tomorrow.

Any particular speeds you notice the vibrations at?

All speeds. I did have the alignment done by computer today. Well see if it helps. WHen the lift was done, he did it the old school way with an alignment stick.
