It's pretty simple. You replace your factory rear shackles with these longer shackles and then you put the 2" coil spacers on top of your coil springs. That's about it. There is an Add A leaf lift out there too, which instead of a shackle, comes with an extra leaf to add to your leaf pack for a little lift but these usually ride very rough and sag over time.
cool, compressing the front springs is a fun job...might want a shop to do it as I don't have the tool. Have to decide if its worth it or just go with stock size tires.

Auto Zone rents the spring compressor tool for free. Leave a deposit and get it all back when you return the tool. I bought a 3" Rough Country ALL system off e-bay for $204.00 with free shipping. The kit came with new 3" higher front coils, u-bolts, add a leaf, or optional 2 1/2" blocks for the rear, and Hydro 8000 shocks with boots. It took some doing but for the price I am very pleased. Only issue was my original leaf springs were trash so I had to grap a set from the junk yard.
