Alright, I have a 2000 cherokee sport and I put two inch spacers on the front coils and two inch shackle extensions on the rear leaf springs. I want to upgrade my tires but I don't want to mess anything up! I currently have goodyear wrangler radials on P235/75R15 105S I believe. I was thinking of getting either BFG ATs 31x10.50R15/C or goodyear wrangler authority's same size put on. So first question is will they fit with the two inch lift or will I run into problems such as rubbing and what not? Second question is which tire (if either) is better? Thanks!

On a 2" budget lift sticking with the 235's is probably your best bet....maybe 30's. If you plan on using you jeep for moderate offroad use the 31's will probably limit your jeep and rub pretty good.
As far as tires the BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO's are hands down the best all around tire ever made period.

Ok what if I took out the inner fender liners and cut away at the front to avoid rubbing the front tires? Would that not be enough to put on 31s? I plan on offroading but nothing too serious
For me on 33's and 5.5" of lift I had to do quite a bit of trimming.

No body plans on the off roading adventures to get serious. That just happens with no requirements of planning.
If you run the 31's you'll get some lower control arm rubbing at full turn. You'll need more backspacing in a set of rims or install a good set of spacers, 1.25" work.
You'll need another inch (2" going to 3") to limit hard rub into soft rub at full stuffing with the OEM mud flairs.
You can handle 99% of what the street could will send your way with the 31's and 2".
I'd do the 31's for sure. Consider them a stepping stone to 33's, then 35's, then the wild side. It's a natural jeep progression.

I would go with the 31" bfg at's. To correct fender rubbing, buy a set of daystar extended bumpstops. To keep from rubbing on your LCA's adjust your steering stops 1/4 turn.
