throttlebody ?

Default throttlebody ?

i bored out throttlebody and installed took off groun idles fine but pops like it is out of time and bucks/jumps like missfire . replaced tps took off groun again ran it but same results... put stock body back on took off ground runs good idk what is going on anyone have any input? please help!

Bored out your throttle body? i am with xj on this one, you had to get a new butterfly valve to fit the larger diameter tb. Or maybe i don't understand what you did.

I guess I should have said. Ported and polished. Out the step down under the butterfly but I took out the flap and rod rougher up finish with scotchbrite then polished the whole inside. Of throttlebody to mirror finish and also polished the flap.
