Looking into this Jeep. This is what was said about it:

I actually like the 2-tone look on this one. Would be changing out wheels also.

 

Looks pretty banged up on the passenger side. Too much money.

 

I agree to high, I only gave $1800 for my 99 no major dents or any rust. Did need a headliner, exhaust to pass inspection cost $91 complete cat back.

 

Way too banged up for that amount of money. Talk him way down or pass.

 

Yeah, the whole right side is caved in, the tires look bald as a baby's butt, and that two tone paint is hiding more stuff. Pass on that one.

 

Its being sold that ugly for a reason IMHO. Toyo ATs. Def the Original owner either went offroad or something. How much abuse may it have taken. Etc.

 

Pass. 2300 will get you a decent unmodified 97 and up in most areas. That one has lived hard. Most people throw on bedliner to cover damaged paint or rust.
