Hey!!! So, once a year my wife's family takes a trip up near Placerville, CA. to clean up her family's Indian burial site. This is the third year that I have taken my 95 ZJ Laredo and one of the few times that I get to take her off road with the exception of a few mud hole trips near the American River.

My wife's family are Miwok Indians and they own a burial plot which is in the far end of a cattle ranchers' land. Each year we go there armed with lawn mowers, weed eaters, and shovels and we clear out the small plot.

There are approximately 25 people buried in the little cemetery which dates back to the late 1800's. Many land developers have tried to buy out and/or force my wife's family to sell over the years, but the family has held strong.

The trip in is about 4 miles off the main road and, while no
where near extreme, involves bumpy roads, hills, creeks, and some very beautiful scenery.......perfect for my nearly stock GC!!
