Default thinking about gettin a lift on my XJ

Hey yall. I'm thinking about getting a lift on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee. Nothing crazy, just a 2". What are yall's opinion on a 2" lift with stock tires? If you got pics, post em! Let me know! Thanks

What's stock? 225/75/15 street tires? And this forum is full of different lift/tire combos. There's a whole thread dedicated to it.

my zj is lifted 2" but im sure it will be way different than your xj... but anyways if your happy with 2" do it and get some nice shocks but i guarantee you when you park next to a larger truck you will instantly want to lift her higher! IMHO i would go 3.5

If it's a daily driver you can use JK rubicon shocks. I got a set for $40 on Craigslist with less than 500 miles on them. You just need BPE for the front. Smooth ride for a 2 inch lift.
