I had someone at speedway tell me that me and my jeep are whats killing the environment and I asked her if she eats meat and if she eats if often. And she replied with yes both, why? And I was like if you actually knew whats destroying our environment then you'd know that the production/prepossessing of meat is actually worse than all the cars/trucks in the world.

yea she thought you were making advances towards her... are you a vegan? i love meat. im buying and breeding bucking bulls and black angus this year. theres no harm in having animals graze in fields. i see nothing anti green about cows eating grass. then i bring em to barn and cut em up. or take the bulls to a rodeo, that involves a diesel and a big trailer so i can see that point.

No, you're missing what I'm saying. The whole thing from like the time the animal is born to when they end up on your plate..year for year, is worse for the environment than driving your car. Think about everything that's included in that. Yes its a very like biased fact, if you will..but that doesn't make it any less true. but think about every thing that goes into it.
