Thicker roof rack cross-bars

Thicker roof rack cross-bars
Was wondering if there are after-market cross-bars for the stock roof rack that were thicker or round? My kayak racks won’t really clamp securely over the thinner stock rails. Point me in the right direction or link me to a previous thread? Thanks.
