Yes it is, the past few winters have been 60's one week, 30's the next back and forth. We did get 1 good snow last year about like this one but that was it.

Oh im sure it would be a great view, but i wouldnt trust none of those stairs. Not sure if the owner of the property or the county removed the bottom section, but someone did last summer so no one could climb up it simply. I remember about 20 years ago going up to the top but sense then someone shot out all the windows and half the floor has gone missing.

Snow in 93 was in March, it's been 20 years since a white Christmas according to the news. Only got about 4" at my place but my buddy in Bradley County said he had about 8". Went to my land on Lewis Chapel/Mobray area and there was at least 6".

We got around 6 or so inches where I live. I took the Xj out to play, man it was fun! I woke up around 8 a.m. and nobody else was out driving around. so I had a good time.

Wish I could have taken mine out but it's not registered and the front ring gear is in pieces.

Yea i knew the blizzard was in March of '93, i thought they said it snowed on Christmas that year, but i just looked it up and it says it did in Nashville, not in the valley, i must of not of heard that part.
