suicide hinges

I was told 78 grand cherokee hinges would work to suicide a 68 chevy truck door. i need to know what years jeep used these hinges until. i believe they are the rear door hinges

There was not Grand Cherokee in 78, there was a Wagoneer and the 2 door version was called the Cherokee

so i take it the wagoneer is the four door version. do you know how long jeep used that same hinge in the rear doors?
