Suggest wiring gauge
I have a ton of wiring i need done in the Jeep, and i'm thinking i should buy a few spools.. just dont know what gauge or where a good/cheap source to buy.
Here's what i need... keep in mind i'm not good/experienced with electrical stuff.
Hardwiring in a 1000=1500 watt power inverter, with a few 110 outlets seperately.
Good quality 12v outlet for ARB fridge/freezer. Think i found the outlet i want.
Rack mounted rear 55w floodlights, 100w front pencil beams, and 55w driving/fogs.
I have a few ARB type contura switches that will be used to power these, along with relays on each. I assume a 30amp relay will be sufficient.
What gauge spools of wire should i pick up?

What type of outlets do you plan on running? Just an extension cord type? Or do you plan on doing some sort of a Hardwire deal? I've found the best/cheapest way to go, as far as wire, is to go thru home depot or one of those stores and use some 4 AWG (I believe thats what i'm using for mine) wire, its going to be cheaper than any automotive type wire you will find and is quite a bit heavier duty. The only downfall, is that its quite stiff, so you acutally have to bend it to conform to your routing. It took me awhile, but once I got it, it was good to go. I can double check what size wire I used if you want. I'm no electrical expert by any means, and just took peoples suggestions.

For the inverter: 2AWG
For the outlets: 12-14AWG depending on use
For the lights: 12-14AWG depending on wattage ( the more watts the lower the guage)
That is just what would do, and get the fine strand stuff so the vibes don't start messing it up. I don't know where to buy it cheap though. I am no electrical expert either but my dad knows a lot about electrical stuff, and my uncles do too. I learned a lot from them.
