Default stupid tire question

retarded i know but i cant find the anwser anywhere. when people on this forum say that their tires are 33"x10.5" is the second number width or rimsize?

My 33x10.50x15 KM2's are a 33" tall inch tire for 15" rim. The 10.5 is the width. There are very few brands 33x10.5's out there. 12.5" wide is more common.

yeah but on this site, mostly in the "lift/tire setup thread" people only use two numbers. is the second usually rimsize?

No. If people only post 33x10.5 more than likely they mean a 10.5" wide tire, not the rim.
