I like the stock 97+s a lot. The older ones, well, I dunno what it is about the body style but I just don't like em unless you've modded the crap out of them.

Here's mine:

I guess to be completely fair there are 235s on there instead of the 215s, but hey, I bought it that way!

I like the stock version. The 91 Laredo I have is all stock. They are versatile rigs from the get go. Sorry, I don't have a pic.

I dunno what it is. Some do look good, but for me, most pre-97s just don't do it for me.

If you all couldn't tell, I LOVE the stock look! I wouldn't dream of ever lifting my Cherokee (Except maybe one day, a 2 inch budget boost AT MOST). Technically, I have 235's on instead of 215's, but that's all!

I can go anywhere I need to go, and I get better gas mileage stock anyway, so why spend even more money on a lift? No point, in my case.

Those were the deciding factors for me when I went with the 2" lift on my 87. Nice Jeep btw. I'm guessing you have tan interior judging by the tan pin strip?

Mihogan Couldn't agree with you more 00 XJ suspension wise all staying stock except for leaf and coil springs they sag bad going to put HD but I will get a 1.27 CM raise lol. That's good enough for me and my 235s

Even though I have a lifted XJ, I'm also a fan of a nice clean stock one too.
