Anyone done this or have pictures? After getting my 10 dollar walmart clearance hellas i have these laying around. Ive seen a writeup using aurora lights but not for stock jeep fogs. Here are some pics to see how it looks.

Lol looks like everyone has snapped up those walmart Hellas. I bought two sets. Missing one of the mounting brackets in one though. Gotta figure out where to get some parts for them

 

I put some here. They work O.K. but nothing to write home about.
If you have the fiberglass lift gate , you might have trouble with vibration causing cracks unless you place some backing plates inside

 

That looks good. I would cut the Hatch and install them recessed but thats just me.

 

More light out back the better. Since my rear defog is pooched, I use the dash switch and wiring to control and power my rear aux lights. It was handy ready made setup, just connect inside the door. I use fender washers inside the fiberglass to better spread loads of any bolt ons. Go for your lights add on plan!

 

Heres mine, I cut the clear section out and add in a set of 55w fog lamps...looks stock.

My vote goes to this set up, no reason to cut up or drill into a perfectly good back hatch if you don't have to.
