Default spotlights

anyone wheel with a spotlight? usually when night riding on trails i look out my window and see nothing i turn into, so i plan on buying a spotlight to fix that problem and also to see anything else i want to checkout that i wouldnt be able to see at night.

my worse fear is to but a spotlight and for it to be a complete POS and die early or for it to provide poor visibility.

what kind of spotlight do you guys use?

My dad has one on his Suburban on 38.5 Swampers. It's been on there for almost 20 years and still works flawlessly. I couldn't tell you what brand it is or anything like that.
