Glad she's free!! Did you throw a strap over the axle to recover? I was in soo deep once in some really thick stuff- no hi lift or anything.. Had to slip a 20 spot to the guy to pull me out.. Either way, towed it at the shackle.. Super sketchy, but 4low and a huge tractor and there was no jerking... Idk... It's probably easy stuff to fix!

Yeah, we strapped around the rear axle. We used a Chevy 2500 and about 30-40ft of chain and pulled up ad over a hill

As long as it was a slow creep and not yanking on it like a strap it should work. Not as desirable as a strap, but you gotta do what ya gotta do.

I don't know if it was really a chain or not. I was at a pass and review practice. I gave one of my friends the key.

The chains I have seen go at a slow creep pull generally just fall to the ground. They don't seem to hold energy like a cable or strap. Now yanking on a chain like a strap is different.
