Either way, towed it at the shackle.. Super sketchy, but 4low and a huge tractor and there was no jerking... Idk... It's probably easy stuff to fix!

The chains I have seen go at a slow creep pull generally just fall to the ground. They don't seem to hold energy like a cable or strap. Now yanking on a chain like a strap is different.
