The scx10 is around $215 and the body is 25 bucks then you need a couple batteries the cheap ones are around 30 bucks each then you need a charger I think an I payed 70 for mine. So to get started its about $340 to get started and then add different tires rims and shocks it adds up quick, kinda like a real jeep. lol

Just like anything else the bigger and faster the more $. My gas monster truck I bought new for $350 then right away uprgraded the 8 shocks for $100 new dual exhaust $50 street tires $60ish plus body about $20+ paint. It also has a 2 speed tranny 4wd. Right now it's rocking the hummer 1 chopped body flat black front a rear windows but out to help cool the engine down. Fuel is usually $20 a gallon. I also have a 2wd electic buggy has titanium and graphite on it. The kit was $250 charger $80 batteries for decent ones run around $60 per back top of the line sets over $100 and yes can tell a major difference. Another couple hundred for the electronics depending what you get for servos speed control radio and transmitter tires shocks springs. It can get very expensive quickly

It looks like 1/10 scale.
Would be 12 to 13" long and 9 to 10" wide.
WE have a few Short Course trucks and a Stadium truck.
This one is a cheap one, ECX Torment $160 at Horizon Hobbies.
Like was said, how much money you got is what regulates how fast you can go.
Ours are still mostly stock and they're fun to get out and race the kids with.

I've never had a crawler but I recently sold my Nitro cars.
I had an Adam Drake Edition XXX-NT Sport Stadium truck that'd run around 70mph. I kinda miss racing but if I did it again I'd go with a Losi 4wd buggy.
