While I like them well enough overall, lace wheels look MUCH less dorky with bigger tires. Something about the change in proportions makes them much more appealing than when they have 28-30" tires on them. I also like them better when they are two-tone/polished rim.

Also, here's my list. I prefer it to any other list of XJ wheels I've seen.

Doubt it but it really depends on the tire. Some with larger side lugs will rub the front arms on full turns.
