Default Side panel decision

My passenger lower side panels on my door are finally giving up on me and are just pealing off day by day in my driveway. So what are my options here to make it not look terrible but not breaking the bank? Has anyone painted there bottom doors to match the flares and if so what color did you use?
This is the best photo I have of it showing the panel over the summer.

I have glued them back on twice and at first it worked for a while but now they are just falling off. I used industrial epoxy I believe from a tube at first. I just feel like it would be easier to just take them off and paint over it

I have thought about that but I want it to match the flares, I feel like grey looks better than black on my ride

Yeah, I posted without really looking at the pic. it just popped in my mind cuz I bedlined mine. I agree tho grey does look better with your paint. you could rattle can the trim and put it back on with some 3M tape.

They make double sided tape that collision repair shops use that is very strong. Call up a local one and ask what they use and where you can pick some up. I used a smaller size tape for my emblems and are solid stuck as can be.

Thank you, i didn't really thing much into getting new strips but I found some $8 3m super strength molding tape that I'll try. I know that this was a no brainer but I like to ask. Knowledge and options never hurts
