Default Side Molding Removal

He guys how hard is to take off that God-awful siding on the Cherokee? Mine's a 2000 and I used that forever black mess and it turned out less than nice. What do I need to take it off and clean beneath it?

Heat gun, or if you don't have one of those, a halogen work light will work. Just used one to do that last week. The adhesive is still gonna take a bit of effort though.

Go buy a cheap clothing steamer, they're $15-20 and do a much, much better job of removing adhesives, tints, ect.

just did this couple days ago... you just need something to get under the molding to take it off.. then i used a eraser wheel... you can find them at any auto body supply shops.. just put it on a drill and go to town... takes less than 30 min
