haha i just got talked out of painting my jeep OD by other jeepers. instead i'm getting new front and rear bumpers. but sometime in the future i'll get the paint job done for sure.

I plan on rattle canning mine. My clear coat is peeling bad so i plan on sanding it down and just spraying it olive drab. And maybe putting a Army star on each door. Its not my DD just my trail rig. I was hoping someone has some pics.
I like it. Well i guess anything is better than peeling clearcoat right? I have some black rock crawler wheels that i think i will paint flat black, i will also paint the grill flat black.

will be rattle canning mine this same color this summer. i plan on doing the full military look complete with stars and serial numbers. can't wait

well they didn't say i shouldn't do it, it was more of a question of getting the paint job first or a set of front and rear bumpers first. if i had a garage i'd rattle can it myself..

ill be doing mine right in the front yard. its a trail truck so not to worried about the paint. just want it to look decent and keep it from rusting.

I did mine in the back yard and about 2 min after I got done it rained. lol Just scotch pad the whole thing to knock off whatever shine is there so the paint sticks.
