Default selling products on CF

So I read through the Vendor rules and I have a question. It says you must have an online store, I understand that for the bigger companies with numerous product offerings, or reselling other companies products, but what about the little guys like myself? I am looking into offering a few products for XJ's that I either haven't seen offered before or when I have seen them offered, they are ridiculously priced.

I'm a one man operation.
If I can build a webstore and get a business license, tax stamp, etc, etc....so can you or anyone else.

My deal is that I'm not looking to make enough to make it worth doing all of that. My city does not require a business license anyways, so I am good there.

I just see no reason to have a website when I would only be offering maybe 10 different products that are (mostly) all under $50. I'm a stay at home father of 2, wife works and I keep the kids and maintain the vehicles and do what I can on the side to make money, mostly scrapping and mechanic jobs, just trying to come up with stuff I can do to make money from home.

There's some vendors on here without a website. Or just whip up a text based website on a free service lol. 'Welcome to my website. I sell stuff'.

When I had my shop, I started making calls and worked up from talking to city officials, to county, and finally to some woman in Frankfort. City told me no license, county told me it's on a city-city basis, and Frankfort told me that it's done on a county-county basis. They ALL told me that if you have any employees at all that you have to have a tax id number. They all said that as long as it's just me working and I'm not paying anyone, that I needed nothing...

Don't go by what anyone says, here's the info you need to adhere to.

If you sell anything in Kentucky, then the law applies to your business.
